What is the best chef’s knife under $100, $200?

Any style, any brand, no preference. I know it won't be the "best" possible knife in existence, but I want the best possible knife within this price range. In other words if you only had $100 or $200 to spend on a chef's knife and had to buy one, which one would you buy? Please include name or model and estimate of price if possible. Thanks.
