Very easy to use and produces a much sharper blade faster than I have had with many other sharpening methods.

I was tired of sharpening knives manually so though that I would try the Waring Pro KS80. It does put an edge on quickly but you have to be smooth and light with the pressure on the grinding wheel. I am satisfied with this product and recommend it.

This is a new purchase, so we have only used it once. My husband used it and says he loves how it puts a new edge on both straight and serrated knives. I thought the edge was a little rough near the hasp, but that may be more a factor of someone who hasn't perfected their technique yet, rather than the sharpener. For those few areas that are a little rough, running it down an hand-held honer works well. That being said, the result is a very sharp knife again. The Waring PRO KS80 is well priced and worth the advantage of sharpening your knives at home on your own schedule, rather than having to plan when to take them to a professional. I would recommend this product to a friend.

This sharpener works great, my knifes all are now in such a good shape and sharp i have to keep them in secure before any accident. It is a very good investment.

I am quite satisfied with this knife sharpener. It leaves a nice sharp edge on my knives. The only negative is that the blade edge nearest to the handle can't be reached. I think this is probably true with any sharpener.

This product is a bit on the flimsy side and I would not recommend it for commercial use. However, given the reasonable selling price, I would strongly recommend it for home use and most importantly it does deliver in providing a superb cutting edge.

This Can Opener was cheap and I found it perfect for the price paid! It's no big deal but it works fine! I bought it on "PRIME' and I had it in just 20 hours! I wanted a really cheap one that I can use it only maybe once a month. This one has a "Knife Sharpener and Scissor Sharpener" too! I know that this one can't be like more expensive brands like "Black and Decker" or somebody else! Hey I lucked out! I also need a electric one because I have one arm and this opens with ease! Maxi-Matic ERH-08 Elite Cuisine Can Opener with Removable Cutter Assembly and Knife Sharpener, White

I used this to sharpen all the blades in my kitchen and they are all super sharp if used properly. I'm not sure on the durability but I think that it'll hold up for a while because it feels like a solid product that works well. As far as sharpeners go, its worth the extra money.

This Chef's Choice knife sharpener does an excellent job.
Some of my knives were in pretty bad shape before I got this, and I've tried other cheaper sharpeners before, but this one is really easy to use.
When you first sharpen a dull knife, it takes a few minutes to get it back into shape (Still less than 5 minutes)
Once it's sharp, its easy to keep it nice and sharp by running it through the third stage a couple of times.
If you need to sharpen your kitchen knives, this is a good choice.

I was skeptical of using a "machine" for my traditional handmade sashimi knives and Global knives. Just finished all of my knives and I was pleasantly surprised of the results. The result is astonishing and the time saved is a definite must! I must add that this however does not sharpen as sharp as an experienced pro using various grades of stone. But this machine will get you there 95% in less than 1//5 of the time! Enjoy it!
